Any game change of a posted match more than seven (7) days from kick off will incur a $30 fee payable by the Club making the request and must be agreed upon by the opposing team.
Any game that is cancelled, moved, or postponed by either team within seven (7) days of kick off is subject to a $30 fee and:
Referee fees
Field fees
The club making the request to change game will be invoiced for these fees.
Email changes must include League name, match number, date, time and location.
Any rainout that fails to submit a new date within three (3) days of postponement is subject to a coin flip or forfeiture using the discretion of the League Administrator if season ends before a reply is set. Please make every effort to communicate and resolve your rainouts especially in the NLSC and PMSL.
Any game that is not submitted to schedule by September 2, 2024, is subject to a unilateral date, time and location set by the League or a coin flip or forfeiture. Results required for NLSC 15-19U and PMSL 15-19U.
