South Carolina Youth Soccer (SCYS) is a nonprofit, 501(c)(3) tax exempt organization.

Founded in 1977, SCYS is governed by a Board of Directors that is elected by representatives from our member associations, and maintains a state office in Irmo, SC with a professional staff.

Our membership consists of 50+ clubs, and 20,000+ registered players. The purpose of SCYS is to develop, promote, and administer the game of soccer among players under the age of 19 years old.

The South Carolina Youth Soccer Association is part of a much larger soccer community. SCYS is a National State Association for the United States Soccer Federation (USSF), and is a proud member of the United States Youth Soccer (USYS), and Fédération Internationale de Football Association (FIFA).
